Ingredients:
CHICKEN
•onion sliced
•rajah
•green pepper
•cooking oil
•knorrokx stock cubes
•salt
•know soup(mutton)
CARROTS
•cooking oil
•salt
SPINACH
•onion
•rajah
•know soup
METHOD
CHICKEN
•in a pot put cooking oil,onion fry until golden brown
•add rajah
•let it simmer for a minute add green pepper and knorrokx stock cubes
•add your chicken cook for 20 minutes and add know soup once chicken is finely cooked.Set aside
CARROTS
•in a baking tray add your finely chopped carrots,cooking oil and a pinch of salt
•grill for 10-15 at 180 degrees Celsius and set aside
SPINACH
•finely chop your spinach
•thoroughly rinse and set aside
•in a pot add cooking oil once oil turns hot add onion
•add rajah once onion is golden brown
•add your spinach fry until soft and your soup and let it simmer for a minute then set aside
